What Premier League team should I root for? (NSFWish I guess)

Alright guys, total noob here. I play FIFA and I watched the World Cup, now I decided I want to follow a Premier League team this season, but I don't even know where to start.
I'm sure there have been plenty of thread about this before, but I'm new here so leave me alone.
Some requirements for my team:
-Fast paced, action packed play
-A cool factor, including history and other stuff that is "cool" about them
-Semi-underdog. So a team that is right on cusp of being really good, or a good club thats been down on it's luck lately, or something like that
-Minimal threat of accusations of bandwagon jumping
-At least 2 or 3 young soon to be superstars. I want to be the guy that gets to say "yea I watched _______ his first year at _______" with pride
So who do I root for soccer Board? Who is my team. Please supply a good persuasive reason why I should root for so-and-so with your post please. Thanks in advance.
Here's a really good looking lady for your trouble:

I think Liverpool has the coolest history probably.

Tottenham, but no one will break the cusp.

Southampton has a nice academy
I do not know. I do not really have a team. Just watch and enjoy.

You just described Liverpool FC exactly. Except more on the cusp of challenging for the league. Most people predict to finish 5th.

You do know that it's not a requirement to choose a team right? I don't have a Bundesliga team but I enjoy the shite out of that league. Just watch games and you'll gravitate to a team.
Regardless, Stoke City might be the team you want. They play some of the best soccer in Europe.
Also Aston Villa fits your description and Newcastle kinda. I'd pick Stoke City though. They are always willing to give Americans a shot.

I'd say Everton, but I'm not sure what you think is "cool". I do, however, think that Michelle Keegan's tits are pretty cool, along with the rest of her. Good form.

I was just fricking with you on Stoke City. They're universally hated by all premier league teams. They are awful to watch but they have been getting a bit better as of last year when they hired a new manager.
Everton you have Ross Barkley. Dude is about to be a superstar. He's 20 or 21.
Liverpool has Sterling also 20. He's really really good. Both are England internationals already.
Also these 2 teams are massive rivals although their rivalry has been called one of the friendliest rivalries in European soccer. Their respective stadiums are less than half a mile away from each other.

From what you say though, I think LIverpool, Everton, Aston Villa, West Ham, Newcastle, Swansea, Southampton would all be solid choices.
Arsenal, Man City, Chelsea, and Manchester United might be a tad bit bandwagon but who cares

I think Everton or Spurs is closest to what you're looking for here

What's the most interesting rivalry?

Just watch as many games as possible and pick what you like
I suggest Swansea or Everton

Liverpool/Manchester United is arguably the biggest in England.

Here's my biased answers for Everton:
Yes. It's been since the mid-1980's since Everton has won anything significant, other than the 1995 FA Cup.
Roberto Matinez's first season as Everton manager was last year and he used young players regularly.
Stones (20) Backup CB. Was solid last year when called upon
Barkley (20)Starting attacking mid. One of England's brightest young stars
Lukaku(21) Starting striker. Just bought him from Chelsea but he played for Everton on loan last year.
McCarthy(23) Starting central midfielder. Hustles all game and destroys players when needed
1. Only EPL time that has Umbro as its kit (jersey) maker
2. Anfield was Everton's home stadium until John Houlding, owner of the Anfield stadium, tried to make a large profit off of the team. The Everton committee moved out and Houlding created his own team, Liverpool FC (He first tried Everton Athletic but was denied). Not so cool but just wanted you to know not to pick Liverpool.
There's a slight chance you could be accused of this, but just say you love Timmay Howard

Here's my Aston Villa review on your criteria:
Not really. Still have one of the best young strikers in the game.
Historically a very good English club. One of the few English teams to win Champions league and have been in the premier league since it's inception without relegation. Have won Englands first division 7 times.
Definitely an underdog.
0 threat of being called this.
Brad Guzan our goalie will be USA's goalie by next world cup. Benteke is already known but he's a young badass. Fabian Delph should break into the English team soon. He is a badass.
They are looking for new ownership which could really boost signings if some big time Oil guy comes in willing to spend the $$$ needed. I think the future is bright and fits almost all of your criteria.

For Liverpool:
Sterling
Sturridge
Ibe
Coutinho
Henderson
Markovic
Suso
Moreno (should officially be on the team in the next few days)
Etc.
Most of the team is extremely young, but good.

Just watch as many games as you possibly can and then decide. It's better that way. Basically just let the team choose you.
