Getting a Street Lamp Fixed in BR?

Street light outside my house is out on the side street and that entire area is pretty dark.
Anyone know who to call to get that fixed? I have no idea. I am sure it will take them a few years to get it done so i might as well start the process now.

It would be whatever electric company owns the line and light. Either Demco or Entergy. I believe thats the only two in the Baton Rouge area.

Is the glass/bulb broken or just burnt out?
Friend of mine climbed one in high school and punched the entire thing out. Police happened to show up as he was still on the top of the pole. From what I remember, he had to call Dept. Public Works and get them out there since it was non HOA

I had one out by my old apt. I called the city and it was fixed within a week.
Fwiw, the light pole and everything was fine, it was the light that had been smashed and the entire fixture removed.
