Eye for an eye punishment

quote:

Drivers caught using high beams inappropriately will now be offered on-the-spot training about the dangers of such practices, according to a posting on the Shenzhen Traffic Police’s verified account with Weibo.

Specifically, headlight-happy drivers will be forced to stare straight ahead into the glaring headlights of a police van for a period of several minutes.

They ought to do that here.

Great idea! Take an already bad driver, blind them, put them back in their car, and let a now bad, blind driver go about their way.

I wear nighttime yellow lens riding glasses and barely notice high beans. Best $15 I ever spent.

A friend of my Dad used to carry huge arse seal beam in his vehicle when someone wouldn't hit the dimmer he would light them up.

Worked fine till one night he lit up a state trooper

I once flashed an LEO who left his high beams on. He turned them off, turned around and stopped me to say 'thank you and have a good night'.
