What are you deciding.

Every great change comes from a tough decision.

I have no clue, but it's an excuse to go to Nola with a bunch of friends and day drink...

A job offer.

Current company - Good pay. Ok benefits. Great people. Not much stress. Good job security.

Potential company - 3x current pay. No benefits. More practical experience/responsibility. More travel away from home. Will be looking for a new project/job in three years (with the experience gained, it wouldn't be a problem to find more work.)

Single. No kids. Mid 20's.

Not sure if my hesitation comes from fear of leaving comfort zone or legitimate concerns.

3x current pay is pretty serious.

How much travel and would your "home" be in the same city as you currently live?

Being young and single I would say go for it. The travel could be considered a good thing since you have no wife and kids. In three years settle back down.

50% - 60% travel. Home would still be current location.

What I keep telling myself. I'm almost certain I'm going to take it, but have that voice in the back of my head telling me I'm an idiot for leaving a good thing.

Is this guy fricking with me? Is this some inside TD joke that I'm unaware of? Or is he actually special?
