I was actually at the game in Boston, and while I congratulate Ranuado on the win, he seems to still have some of the same problems he had at LSU. Despite his size, he consistently only throws about 91 to 92. He struggles with control in terms of his curve and change. He also has a tendency to be up in the zone. He was actually hit very hard, but a lot of the balls were right at people. I hope the guy makes it, but he has a ways to go to pitch every day in the majors. I do wish him good luck.

Many might think you're being a "negatiger", but I agree with you. He was 91-94 and left many pitches up in the zone. But how much of that was due to nerves? Idk. He definitely got hit hard and was often lucky.

Despite his size, he consistently only throws about 91 to 92.
