Damn, where'd you get a deal like that? In my building that would go for $2000 at least. Granted, I'm in Courthouse.
Reston has some good low-price choices if you're willing to drive a bit.

just a few years back, got in good with an owner and had a nice 1/1 in colonial village at 1450. best damn location ever
