Take shifts. OP's request is for something enigmatic--an overnight charter out of LA for 10 people is basically non-existent. He might be able to work out a deal with two catamarans. I know Lance and Reel Addiction will co-op on that sometimes.

To be fair it is 10 people total in the party but some may not come.
