Probably Hogan turning heel, if i'm recalling right wasn't Hart pretty much already leaving the company very soon after that Survivor Series?

Hogan Heel turn basically made WCW a real competitor with the WWE at the time.

Me and my dad were polar opposites (with him being a Hogan fan even after he turned heel), which made the Monday Night Wars in my household that much more interesting

This. Nothing will ever compare to the 2 Feds going back to back on Mondays in the 90's

Hogan turning heel cemented himself as the greatest wrestler of all time. He was the "sport's" greatest face and then it's greatest heel.
It also created one of the greatest characters of all time in sting's crow gimmick.

The screwjob was little more than a public employment dispute in comparison.

What little chance of a Cena heel turn probably died when Bryan went down. I guess when Reigns gets a push it could be a slight chance again, but even then I still have yet to see Reigns wrestle a legit match.

Hogan

I watched Bash at The Beach with my brothers. Probably about 13. Stunned. Shocked. And I was a huge Fan of Hall and Nash.

Still wear my nWo shirt every now and then. Get a hand sign or a compliment every time I do.

Hogan turning heel.

I never even knew about the Montreal Screw Job until years later. The real behind the scenes stuff meant nothin to me. I only care about what happens inside the squared circle. Hogan turning heel changed the face of wrestling forever.
