guard rotation is weird though with 4 PGs (Ellis, Felton, Nelson and Harris)

Felton likely will hardly ever play. They'll miss Calderon's spot up shooting. He has been one of the more underrated pgs in the age of the pg. If Nelson can get his shooting form back, that will help. Plus Parsons and Jefferson are an upgrade on offense v Marion/Carter.

I'm guessing Aminu might play more PF, since Crowder plays a lot of SF

Will be interesting. Aminu is better than Crowder, but Crowder has 25 lbs on him and is obviously a better shooter. Would love to see some funky lineups with a Dirk, Parsons, Aminu frontcourt.

If Chandler is healhty and Dirk doesn't drop off a cliff they are a sleeper Finals contender. With Carlisle, they might not even be much of a sleeper. Could see them being 3rd behind OKC and SAS.

It's really tough for the Pelicans. There are 4 for sure playoff teams in their division. I just don't know if all 5 teams from a division has ever made the playoffs. Unless Memphis or Houston stumbles, it's going to be hard to get out of the basement.
