I found this last night.
Gym search by zip and city/state
It looks like a lot of the anytime's aren't on the list. But with anytime once you have a card, can you use it at any of them? I've never been in an anytime or snap. Do they have squat racks?
And when I searched for Santa Rosa Beach, the closest one on there is in Ft. Walton.

This is how it works:
You pay Blue Cross $25 down, $25 a month. There is a 3 month minimum. Blue Cross pays Healthways, and Healthways pays whatever gym you visit on a per visit basis. You will likely have multiple check-in cats, one for the gym you visit and a Healthways Prime card that looks like a credit card.
Snap and Anytime will lie to you and tell you that you sign up with them. They them get a guaranteed monthly payment which also keeps you from going to other gyms and locks you in at their club.

Even if they arent on the list, some will still honor it. They would be stupid not to. Either they want more business or they dont. You have to be a member of an Anytime for at least a month first prior to working out at other Anytime's. Yes, they have squat racks. No they are never used. My one gripe is they have Precor machines, which I absolutely hate. Ive been used to Bodymasters and Hammer Strength my entire life and the Precor machines have a very ackward range of motion and dont support your body the way it is supposed to be supported in alot of the lifts. For example, the plate loaded seated row doesnt have a chest pad to push your body against, which in turn puts all the weight on your lower back even with perfect form. Coming from a gym that had a Hammer Srength seated row, this one absolutely sucks.

In my experience, no. I think it only works at Anytime gyms that are part of the program. You can ask them to join supposedly.
