It was marvelous. I've saw it and I've now listened to it several times.
I know there was a thread here a while back and McElroy made the statement and some folks argued that's not what he was saying. Well it was and Les knew it, too. Good for him putting that idiot in his place.

My goodness does Les ever so smoothly smack the sum bitch down to where he belongs.
The awesome part is he was already rolling too strong to stop by the time you catch on to what he is talking about. He kind of slow rolled the smack down to a point he could not be stopped by the other guys to save their partner.

I don't get all the replies you see on the youtube post, or the comments people make in general saying that he did it with Saban's players.
Did Muschamp find success with Urban Meyer's players? Did Urban leave a "winning" tradition at Florida? No. All Urban left was a fanbase's expectation that winning will and should continue. But Florida soon found out that it takes more than expectation to win.
Les is spot on. Winning comes with those who work hard, never let down, and have all the inherit qualities that comprise a 'winner'. After the winner leaves, he doesn't leave or deposit winning/success for the next guy to take advantage of....the next guy has to come in and put his own work in and create his own success.
