Regardless of your party affiliation, can we agree that was a pathetic weak statement that basically said nothing?
ETA:
He said he's sending John to negotiate a peace between Israel and Hammas. Yes he actually called him John.
He also said the Russian backed separatists better let out investigators in there or else the pressure from the International community will uhhhhh increase.
Then he said It's time for Putin to uhhh

Uh huh. But we're not going to arm the Ukrainians, are we?
We'll arm Mexican cartels, rebels in Libya and Syria, but not a US ally who is being attacked in a proxy-war by the USSR.

He said that the Russian Separatist are blocking the investigation, keeping people from getting to the evidence and this gives off the implication that they are guilty. He implored them to allow for a full and thorough investigation.
Is it just my irony meter or does this sound strange coming from the mouth of an administration that's blocked every investigation into its own scandals?
