When you subsidize laziness and low intelligent reproducers for generations what possible outcome would you get other than this? A hard working innovative successful populace?

All of those people have on clean clothes, jewelry, hats, glasses, cuff links, ties..and even enough money to buy supplies for those signs...

Yet they are mad they can't afford their water bill.......

Sounds like poor life choices to me.

Why does this not surprise me? $90M in unpaid water bills, some owing thousands of dollar over years of unpaid bills, and they have the nerve to protest when their water is cut off?. . . Pure trash.

Why doesn't the hulk just pay their delinquent invoices

Huh? WTF does this have to do with cable?

Why do you think citizens have no right to protest how a government owned company is operated?

They're protesting their water bill? Like $10-$20? How about instead of protesting, spend your time looking for work? Hell I'll pay your water bill if you come clean my gutters.

Now, the NAACP has filed a lawsuit against the city of Detroit! LINK /

After a class action lawsuit filed against the city of Detroit, the NAACP Legal Defense Fund says that recent water shutoffs to Detroit residents were discriminatory.
Discriminatory against whom? People who don't pay their bills? Is the NAACP acknowledging that blacks are more likely to not pay their bills?!
