Are you ok with taking thousands of dollars from a taxpaying citizen but not allowing them the right to vote?

OR

Would you not allow them to vote, BUT allow them to keep their thousands of dollars in taxes every year?

First option sounds a lot like taxation without representation to me.

Yeah. It's a fairly ridiculous position.

But it does make sense to me that if someone can (in effect) vote more taxes for "that dude over there" then everyone's goes up.

I support abolishing the income tax so for all intents and purposes most of these people would not be paying any taxes anyway.
