I have to say its Toronto and the north east they are taking over with all of the OVO artist like drake "The King", PartyNExtDoor, the Weeknd, and not to mention all the New York rappers like ASAP rocky and Jay Z

Black Hippy bitch. Plus wolf pack (who I really dislike). Plus the San Fran scene is starting to blow up. I love me some Weeknd and Asap crew, but I still think West Coast is doing more.
In all honesty it's all good because they all get together and collaborate.

Oh. Chicago is also doing cool stuff. I really like it because there is this yin and yang thing happening between drill and the more conscious stuff like Chance the Rapper that springs from the Louder than a Bomb spoken word movement. And that's cool too because all those cats get along.

No region of the country is running the rap game. Hell the most popular rapper right now is a white chick from Australia.
Baton Rouge's rap scene is the best in the country

He's been acting straight bitch made on Twitter and in interviews. He's in way to deep with the Nation of Islam and Louis Farrakhan crazy arse. He's been brainwashed by a fricking cult and it's sad. The dude is basically a walking contradiction. He praised Farrakhan and his bullshite, but dates a white, Jewish banking heiress, even though the group he associates with thinks all Jews should die and white women are shameless tricksters created by some made up weird arse scientist. Is a member of a organization that damns alcohol as the "white devils poison", yet gets shitfaced and goes off on any and everyone on Twitter. Talks about how 95% of rap has a negative message, doesn't release any music with a message at all. I'm almost to the point of not liking his music because of who he's become as a person.

Chicagos drill scene is going crazy right now. Radio however is filled with Rich Homie, Migos, Future, all from Atlanta.

Yeah. Like I said, take the violent drill scene coupled with their "conscious" scene (Chance the Rapper, Vic Mensa, Saba, the whole SaveMoney crew), and Chicago is buzzing.
