More bad news:
quote:

"We have been pretty much in our own world, that's really the only way we could get a project like this done. It is so massive, so many moving parts, so many moving pieces, things are changing every day...The script is evolving, [you make] on set decisions on the fly, things are always constantly changing. Me personally, I block out that extra noise and I focus on the job I have to do. It is an important film for all of us… We’re taking it seriously, taking a lot of risks. I think it’s going to pay off."

He went on to talk about director Josh Trank's vision for the film and how overall it's not going to be the kind of superhero film people expect.

"Josh's vision is very clear and he knows exactly what he wants, and he gives us room to adapt and to play. That's what I kind of think sets us apart, is that this is going to be grounded and unconventional. It's not your typical superhero film, you know, we aren't looking at this as like, being superheroes. We're more or less a bunch of kids that had an accident and we have disabilities now that we have to cope with, and try to find a life afterwards – try to be as normal as we can."

Jordan is joined by Jamie Bell, Kate Mara and Miles Teller who will play the titular team in the upcoming film. Toby Kebbell will also appear as Victor Von Doom along with Reg E. Cathey as Dr. Franklin Storm and Tim Blake Nelson as Harvey Elder, aka The Mole Man. The Fantastic Four is set for release on June 19, 2015.

I like Michael B.

I think he is one of the great upcoming actors in Hollywood!

I cannot however, get behind this! It just seems like it will be awful.

Josh Trank is probably just remaking Chronicle with FF4 characters. He seems to be a one-trick pony.

Why the frick do you have to call it the Fantastic Four then? Why do you have to use awesome Marvel superheroes for your stupid little project?

At this point I don't care what they come out with, nothing can be as bad as that Alba/Chicklis one that came out a few years ago. I watched it last night and it is definitely one of the worst movies I've ever seen.

Eta: SOunds like their making an Ultimate Fantastic Four movie, just making their own storyline. I'm cool with that.

They're shooting for this on Scenic Hwy today and maybe this weekend as well given the weather. Saw them setting up.
