What was the deal with that jab at Panetta? I highly doubt that could be verified being said.

Just thought it was unnecessary and odd.

Gandolfini was great, that line didn't bug me though. Seemed like what someone with a lot of cats to herd might ask in a briefing.

Think it was a shot at civilian leadership at the Pentagon.

I don't think Panetta was an idiot, but he had limited experience to be Sec. Def.

perhaps meant to show an "out of touch" aspect between high ups dealing in policy and field agents dealing with real world on the ground shite
