Its conceivable they may have gone through some of the petition sheets and thrown out invalid signatures.

Registrar of voters will have to give an actual #. It will be less than 18k though. The 18k # included all of the ward&precincts that st.George was even PART of. It could actually be significantly less than 18k....we will see.
