If someone successfully copied Heady, admitted or not, we'd be all over that shite. I doubt it would ever come out EXACTLY the same such that someone would accuse them of plagiarism (has this ever occurred??? I'm curious).

I googled up a Beer Advocate thread that doesn't produce any decisive (read: legal) answers, but it does basically express the difficulty in recreating something to a "T." There were some interesting anecdotes from brewers in there along the lines of a group of people with the same ingredients and same recipe submitting the "same" beer to a blind panel and the panel having wildly dissenting views about it. Run-on sentence. Oh well.

I've always said that. We're 5 years behind trends already.
The only style or personal touch I care about is "good"
