Looks like we are signing Griezman... Or at least the rumors are really smoking there. Thoughts of him?

Because Violent Conduct is 3 games suspension. Soccer is very cut and dried when it comes to red card suspensions. There is no debating violent conduct.

I don't know enough about him to really have an opinion but it seems he's pretty much a straight forward, no? Is this just a guy who can spell Costa or play when he's hurt or do we play on playing two up top at times, can he play out on the wing?

He obviously has quality I just don't know how he fits into the team. I hope this isn't our big signing of the summer because I really want a legit #10 (and obligatory Pogba of course).

I think he is a winger that scores more goals than Willian or Oscar. Left footed. Pretty good pace. Seems to be good with delivery into the box.

Much more excited about him than Cuadrado... But I think Griezman has a buyout of 47 million euro.

He's pretty versatile. Atleti has been deploying him up top alongside or just behind Mandzukic. I think they've also played him at the #10 and up top alone in some games. He's a quality player, but I want Pogba and Varane.

No desire for Varene. We are fine with Terry, cahill, zouma, and ivanovic in the near term. Ake shows a bit of promise as well. I also don't want us to sell the farm for Pogba... We can get two terrific players for the price.

In case anyone hasn't heard, the victory parade will be held on Monday at noon London time. Coverage will begin at 11:30 and can be seen on Chelsea TV. You can find a link to this here.

Yeah I believe so. Just have to login/sign up on the website I think.

Looks like you have to sign up for "Fan club", but they have a 7 day free trial option. So just do that and cancel it if you want.

Well... Hazard's season is finished early

quote:

Eden Hazard will miss his first Premier League game of the season on Sunday after having emergency dental surgery to remove three wisdom teeth.

The 23-year-old Belgium playmaker is the PFA and Football Writers' Association player of the year after an outstanding season, though he will be forced to miss Thursday night's FWA dinner while recovering.

The FWA said Hazard would also be unavailable for Chelsea on Sunday against Sunderland, after which the Blues will be presented with the Premier League trophy.

IMAGINE WHAT HE COULD'VE DONE IF HE HADN'T BEEN PLAYING IN PAIN

He's playing Sunday.

He and Eden play the same position so hopefully Boga can start the game and get about 60 minutes in that role.

My dream starting lineup to start 2015/16:

--------Costa--------
Hazard---Cesc---Griezman
----Pogba----Matic---
Dave--Cahill--Terry--Ivan
--------Courtois-----

Off the bench:
- Christian Benteke
- Loic Remy
- Willian
- Cuadrado
- Zouma

Treble.

Is a great player. Chelsea will have a great young tandem of attacking wide mid fielders if that happens. I can't imagine Simeone letting him go after one year at Atletico. The money would have to be huge and they have new owners with a ton of cash.

Griezmann has a 43m pound buyout which if met theres nothing Atletico can do. However, is he worth that much in a transfer fee? I'm not so sure.
