I'm cool with it. Let Lallana run the show.
Dude is silky smooth in his own right, just needs gametime and freedome to roam. Him and Phil cancel each other out when they play together.
Would like to see Balo get a run out, he's looked decent and given effort his last few appearances.

You got your wish
Balo and Studge up front in the starting XI today
Looks like It'll be
Migs
Lovren-Skrtel-Toure
Ibe-Allen-Can-Moreno
Sterling
Balo-Sturridge

No Lallana is odd.
Rodgers really hasn't given him a fair shot, I'd honestly look at resting Ibe or Sterling.
Is Markovovic hurt? He seems to be out of favor suddenly, I guess simply because Ibe has been so good of late.

Anyone know anything about Jordan Williams and Cameron brannagan??
I don't keep up with the youth squad too in depth

Ha nope, I was only keeping up with Sterling and Ibe but they've moved up so fast I had kind of forgotten about the other youngsters.
I remember seeing the Cody kid some in preseason but not either of these two.

Just got back from class, how'd we look in the first half?

I'll be watching on dvr later. (And I should probably quit checking this thread).

Can't say about the first half since I missed it. Second half has been all kinds of

Toure has been terrible. Tore is making him look silly. We desperately need Can on the back line.
Gonna be interesting to see what subs we make for extra time.

In meetings all day... whats going on?

First half seemed to be fine. Second half and now extra time, there has been zero possession fur us in the midfield.
Besitkas has had their way since the first whistle after half. Tied on aggregate 5 minutes into extra time.
BR pulled Balotelli at about 75' to avoid him getting a red card. He was walking a ton after their score. Studge and Sterling have both been disappointing.
ETA: On a positive note, Skrtel has been phenomenal.

Can looks like he just hurt his calf.
No foul, no contact. He just went down with possession of the ball. Possibly cramps

We miss Lucas badly in the midfield.
Allen has been super shitty.

Tell everyone to just sit down for the last 15 minutes and save the energy for Sunday.

Sterling and Sturridge have been SUPER sloppy up front.

Can back on for a few minutes. No score in first extra time block. Sterling is not doing well at all. He is just guessing. Constantly blowing chances.
ETA: Lambert on for Studge.

Lambert on. Maybe he can bring some composure up there.
