We lost at least $100/year to medicare/medicaid fraud at the federal level in each of the last 5 years. That's half of a TRILLION dollars. It only would cost 4 billion to build a fence. I bet we could monitor it with drones and some border agents for less than 1 billion per year. There is no excuse for this kind of incompetence because it's not incompetence, it's malfeasance.
