I don't think I would either. I'd have definitely tried to round up a couple other guys in the crowd and come up with a plan though, as opposed to just trying to take the shot solo.

Serious question, if an onlooker blew this guy's head off how much trouble is he looking at?

This guy is huge. So if a 5-2 95 pound woman doesn't physically intervene, then she should go to jail?

It sucks, but why are people morally obligated to put themselves in harm's way?

Concealed firearms are the equalizer that would have helped a 95 lb woman defend him or herself in this case. People should not be forced to intervene however but I would think most people in a crowd would come to assist in a case like this.

Defense of others is a valid homicide defense in Louisiana. I'd assume in Texas too.

Whether you have a family or not, those witnesses are pussies. I hope everyone of them sees that poor guy when they close their eyes to go to sleep and then have nightmares about it every night for the rest of their lives.

The illegals didn't want to intervene.

tPOS no doubt. He is a candidate for the cruncher. Strap him to a conveyor belt moving him about and inch a minute and have the cruncher grind away at him starting with the feet......
