I just got BNW last week on the steam sale so im not as familiar with the new civs. I will say that Hiawatha with the Iroquois nation is the most loyal person ive played with. I usually play 8 players and make 7 randoms and Hiawatha. Hes a great ally if you arent a warmonger. Id suggest you read up on the civs if u have time to waste like me. civ personalities

Also for giggles, Ganghi has an easter egg that the devs put in the game as a nod to a coding issue with Gandhi in civ2. If u can keep him alive till the atomic era, he will rain nukes on everyone. Its quite entertaining.

He is awesome. Get him on your good side early and he'll be there until the end.

I haven't played in a bit, but the new Native American civ was way overpowered in that. You could choose what bonuses you get from ancient ruins, which was OP as frick. Other than that, great addition as I actually thought twice about going to war because of the trade losses I would incur.

I was playing a Civ 2 game once, when the purple civ re-spawned late in the game as India. Gandhi came to me begging me to help him because the evil Zulus (I think--might be wrong on which civ) were threatening his peaceful civilization. I rush-built a nuke and gave it to him. I then received a traveler's report saying the war between the Zulus and Indians had ended
