So there was no hype for Jennings this time of year exactly like there is hype for Harris this year? I agree the people hyping Jennings is dumb. There are examples in this thread of people just dismissing Jennings because we have Harris now. Harris still hasn't thrown a pass during a season. Harris deserves no praise or hype until we see what's really there. I know exactly why Hayden left. You are going off of what some third party media outlet told you. So stfu. If they are going by who has the better arm as of right now July 7 2014, it's Jennings. They aren't. So you tell me why Jennings wouldn't be the starter if he is throwing the ball better. I assume that the coaching staff likes Harris as a person and as their future QB. Harris will be the starter bet on it. That's why Jennings is venting on Twitter he knows his back is against the wall.

Coaches are going to play the best players as long as those players haven't broken team rules or the law.
There isn't some secret motive behind it.
Jennings is probably upset about all the Harris hype right now. Not a big deal. The competition will work itself out this fall.

So you're sticking with the theory that the coaches, including Cam Cameron who has almost exclusive authority over the offense, are not going to go with the best player at the position?

Harris has a MUCH stronger arm. Not even close really.
