Netherlands need to turn up the pace. If they keep playing for a shootout, that's what they'll get. And rightfully lose.

It´s clear he pushes him with both hands, and from the back. What´s not clear is if he was going down already, but IMO, it looked bad (like I said, I rewatched because I assumed he dove, and wondered why he wasn´t carded or at least verbally admonished).
