Shitty situation. If she followed protocol for her job then she's not liable for a damned thing. However, if she didn't follow the appropriate procedures associated with a credit card purchase (asking for identification for example) then she may be asked to pay it back or lose her job. I'd say frick you anyway and leave

Sounds suspicious. That's at least twenty cartons. Why didn't that raise her eyebrows a little? Is that a standard sale for this store? Does she have any kind of relationship with the purchaser?
