The late Toby Caston deserves some love in this category.

Jay Eglof...I remember a hit against Auburn where he broke his collarbone(?) but it was a game changer. He finally calmed down after LSU and flies F-18's for the Marine Corps.

Egloff was a crazy mf on kickoffs total disreguard for his body

Caston...agreed. One could also add him to "Tigers who died too soon" category. Ever wonder if our list is longer than other schools? Seems a bit unusual when you think about it. Could be another thread sometime....

Bradie James could lay the wood.
LSU has had some very physical receivers over the years. Michael Clayton could definitely hit for a wide receiver.

Was just coming here to post this. John Curtis recruit. He hit a miss st fullback catching a ball over the middle in 97 or 98 and dang near took his head off.

Steve Atwater, hated the team but dude would crack a helmet at least once a game
Now if you are talking Only LSU players, then Laron Landry would get my vote

Loston has been known today the wood on a regular basis whether it was his teammate (mo claiborne) or that poor kid on Mississippi states kick return team

I think that was Hatcher vs Arky in '10.

When Arizona made their trip here in 2006-2007, the same year Jamarcus went off in the Sugar Bowl. That QB from Arizona took the worst beating I have ever seen one single QB take.
45-3 and it wasn't that close, on many of the highlight reels or intro videos he is in many of them still to this day . But he stayed in .

Its hard to argue with Landry.
I always remember Michael Brooks as a knockout. But maybe it was bc I was young and it was the 1st time I saw rbs get laid out.
