Already have them. I have a big field behind me and if I don't check my fence line every couple of days or under the swing, trouble.

16x16 will be tight imo. When you take into account the cabinet depth, bar, bar stools ...... might get a little tight. I have 21x21 and it sometimes gets crowded.
Some of the best money I've spent at home is my outdoor area......not so much the pool, but covered area.
