Yeah our HOA is inept to say the least, normally I wouldn't care but that thing is awful and my wife and I plan to sell within the next year. I don't want her great wall of senile to deter any buyers.
After the deck had been approved once, she reported me and they approved it again. After I got a letter on my door stating, "Please call Mr. Blah in regards to the newly constructed dick."

Grass was 100% crabgrass and weeds when we moved in, so I killed all the weeds and the bermuda is just now spreading to that area.
