Anyone know where to find prime brisket in New Orleans? Looking for a whole packer

They have em at Costco in BR. Good price too. Like $3 a pound, so you're talking $50-$60 for a packer.
I'm gonna cook one of those bad boys for the LSU-Wisconsin game

$3/Lb for Prime? Our Costco is more like $3.99/Lb for trimmed Choice. In fact, I don't know that I've ever seen Prime briskets or whole packers at our local Costco stores.

Ok, maybe I'm off on the price. But it was prime and the packers were $55 to $60

I'm sure there are variations from State to State. The briskets I get here are terrible. Overly trimmed flats typically. If love to find good quality packer briskets at a Costco.
