Are There Any Convertibles That Can Fit Two Sets of Golf Clubs in the Trunk?

My dad is looking for a new car and is thinking about a convertible. He needs to be able to fit two sets of clubs in the back or he wont be happy. Any suggestions? I'd say if you can fit them with the top down would be ideal, but top up works as well

The Z.
But you have to take the driver out and place it in the trunk.

Price?
I'm sure the BMW 6 and Mercedes E drop tops would work.

Probably the Chevrolet Camaro or the Mercedes E class. Toyota had a Solara convertible that was pretty big. Not sure if they still make them.
Depending on his budget, he should check out a Boxter or Corvette and bring his clubs to the dealer to see if they fit.

are you putting the bags in the back, not the trunk? The z might be a good option, his friend is a GM at a Nissan dealer

Did you need more than 2 seats?

No, but a 2+ would be nice in case he wants to throw something in the back

BMW 6-series. So you say you’re an investment banker, lawyer or doctor? Or just have the ability to splurge? The BMW 6-series could be just the ticket. The largest BMW convertible made, it is also the only one that can fit a set (actually 2) with the top down – ahh the benefit of a soft top plus lack of a spare tire (the 6-Series vehicles use run-flats).

Corvette easily fits two sets of clubs in the back if you go with the targa top.

the Lebaron was so pimp back in the day. my cousin had a red one, we went over the railroad tracks one day really fast and the car basically fell apart.

My dad is 75, so lifting a targa top off isnt ideal

It was on Top Gear, so you know it's quality.
