Who else is pulling for USA and Ghana to advance out of our group?

I want us to advance with Ghana. I will be pulling for Ghana in both of their remaining matches.
To hell with the entitled european powers in soccer. Watching a European Soccer power fall in group stage World Cup when they are expecting a big run is satisfying, its like watching Duke lose to Mercer or Lehigh in the NCAA tourney. I enjoyed France and Italy's choke jobs in 2010.
But I see a lot of people who want Germany to advance with the reason being "for good matchups in the knockout rounds". I understand this line of reasoning, it reminds me of those who hate upsets in the NCAA tournament because it ruins potentially good matchups in the later rounds.
But for me, #TeamGhana from here on out. They probably have no shot against Germany anyway but I will still be pulling for them.

Nope. I dislike Ghana because of the last two World Cups. I want Portugal to make it out with us because Ronaldo is my favorite non-American player, but that seems unlikely.

Match fixing in soccer is real and this board knows it... won't surprise me to continue to see Brazil get the nudges they need throughout this tournament

This. I usually like upsets, but not in this case.

At this point, I don't think that is even possible.
They would have to beat US and Ghana, with US beating Germany, and then Ghana beating Germany.
No way Germany loses to us and Ghana.

NO, Just NO. We want Germany to beat Ghana to help us out in advancing. The usa getting out the group is the #1 priority. We have only won 1 game. We are far from ready to advance. We have to play portugal and germany. Even if Germany would also rest their starters against us, they are still loaded.

No frick ghana, the last 2 world cups pissed me off and those dirty bastards broke deuces nose. They can rot in hell and them moving on isn't likely anyways.

Any positive feelings I had towards them went by the wayside when they played like a bunch of tpos.

Cheering for Ghana is the equivalent to cheering for the Falcons. How anyone can like Ghana after our recent history baffles me.

Ghana could just tie Germany
USA 6
Portugal 6
Germany 4
Ghana 1
But yea that ain't happening

This, I want Germany to curb stomp Ghana. Then Ghana to beat Portugal. In that scenario, it would be possible for us to advance even if we lose to Portugal and Germany. Granted.. I would rather take care of business on Sunday and not have to worry about a scenario like that.

i'm not sure if you realize that two teams make it out of the group.
Portugal controls their own destiny, as does the US.
WHoever loses the Portugal-US game is out of it pretty much, assuming no one beats Germany.
we are in like flyn if we win, and probably if we draw, as long as we stay ahead on goal differential.

Idk, I think our best chance to advance is for Germany to win, be assured of advancing on six points, come out flat against us, and maybe we get a point.
Also, Ghana could very well beat Portugal. If they also beat Germany and get to six points, we could be in trouble.
In other words, frick Ghana.
