What country would you live in if you couldn't live in the US?

Id need a place with barely hustle and bustle or that vapid ( LA/jersey shore/ social media lifestyle). Maybe turkey or south africa for me.

I really enjoyed the lifestyle of those in Florence Italy. I'd probably go there.
