Because he's the only owner who actually broke his contract. It isn't against the league's constitution to make racist remarks, but it is to make remarks that have an adverse affect on the league. No one else has made remarks that have caused sponsors to threaten to leave.

Out of the 29 others, you know they'll be able to find at least 1 big skeleton.

If it was just the remarks, all the "Team Sterling" idiots would have a valid point.

But it isn't.

This is about a 30+ year history with this guy, and at some point David Stern needs to be held accountable for enabling this piece of shite.
