may I ask, If given the task to write two resumes, one for a man and one for a woman, how would you go about differentiating the two?

Most HR people are dictated by a decision to give them a person that will fit close to the job description.

If I for sure knew it was going to a man, I'd put a small profile pic somewhere.
Other than that no difference

Yep. Best way to get a job is through the backdoor. HR is a formality in the market of desirable positions.

bullshite, that's like saying your pickup lines don't change when you decide to switch teams.

The real variable in play here is the talent acquisition software an HR department utilizes, if you're applying online with no connection in the company.
That is first layer of filtration.

like if I it mentions: Volunteer at a Dog Shelter as one of your first "experiences" ...but then pull it before the actual interview as it's "unnecessary"

Just nut across your resume and all of the desperate, lonely cat-loving women in the HR dept will be on that ahit

yes you have to drop enough "industry words" to boost your score.....talking about once it hits the readers eyes but before it hits the decision maker's

My resume should stand alone and get me in the door but given my age I'm not sure I could compete with someone 20 years younger if I was interviewing with a guy. Ya'll are stupid like that.

I read an article which talked about a VP who was upset that he wasn't getting applicants for a position in his department. He put together HIS resume and fed it to the system. He got rejected.
A lot of times companies don't calibrate their résumé algorithms properly.

God I'm glad females have wet pussies. Bitches.

Your resume is irrelevant to getting past HR. Even if you found the perfect template for women, the male manager doing the interviewing isn't going to think it's cute and throw it right the frick out when he reads your cutsy resume. Your best bet is still send your resume the way it is and find other ways to suck up to HR. Most people in HR aren't much different than Pam from Archer. Gift basket with great foods in it are the fastest way into their hearts.

Yep. Links are essential. Haven't gotten a single job that I didn't have some sort of link at.

This is not a function of HR. The ones in large orgs aren't screening much.
Not since my first professional application process have I been vetted by HR. It's all propagandist bullshite about how great their company is. None of them know anything and simply use buzzwords.
