There's a ton of F2P card based RPG-ish games. Like literally dozens of them.
Also, several on-rails action RPGs like Bloodmasque and Infinity Blade. If like older RPGs (SNES/PS1 style), then there is a company named Kemco who has published nearly a dozen of them on iOS.
