At what weight did u say ok that's enough

I just weighed myself for the first time in prob 3-4 months. It said 225, I've always been around 200 (5'11). That's officially the most I've ever been. Time to eat a few more salads, not as much fried food and switch from beer to liquor.

When you get to where the things you would normally do get to be hard I'd say. I have no problem with being overweight until it starts to affect my abilities to do the things I like to do. (I'm beyond that point btw)

I always had a motto of if I can still pull the kind of pussy I'm used to then it's ok, I've noticed that number had declined a bit so I decided to weigh myself I'm guessing a month of strict dieting should solve this situation

I am the same height and for some reason just randomly go from 185 to 195 depending on the week. It would be okay if you are jacked though

Yeah, between Christmas and NY I weighed 235, most I'd ever been 2 years ago. Went Duden to 195 but now it's gaining

Truer words have never been spoken. That one size fits all is dangerous as shite.
Scrubs should come in traditional sizes without elastic or draw strings.

When I tipped over 200 in college I figured that was enough. Especially being only 5'10.

210 at 5-10. I told myself it was mostly muscle, and it was, but I saw a picture of myself with a double chin, and that's all it took. I got down to 160, gained a little back and have stayed at 175 for two years.

Never, frick it. The doc says I'm about 145 more than I should be but I just can't seem to give a shite. I don't know if I'm just confident and comfortable with who I am or if I've just given up on life. Either way, frick it.

175. Got it down to 165, would like to hover around 169.
