If we lose to Southeastern Friday night, I could have accepted losing the regional a lot better. The way Sunday ended is what sucks so bad.

THIS. I've been following LSU baseball since the 80s and enjoyed Skip's run as much as anyone, but anyone who pays attention to baseball outside LSU would know that college baseball isn;t and never again will be like it was. There are many many more teams that field competitive team year in and year out now. For instance, only one of the teams in the CWS last year are even in the super regionals this year. I doubt all those schools are clamoring for a new coach.
