I would vote Prarieville if those were the choices. However, take a look at the Diversion Canal area instead.

had my daughters in Shenandoah (2007 - 2012) then switched them to Woodlawn Elm after we moved. I actually liked the 3rd/4th & 5th grade teaches my kids had at woodlawn better then most of the teachers they had at Shenendoah.

for that price range in Shenandoah, you will be in a 30-35 year old house. Can find more options in that price range in Woodlawn district, but better housing prospects in P-ville or Denham Sprangs, then you will get in BR.

this... my older daughter is in Sherwood, and my younger daughter is all but locked for Sherwood as well.

Woodlawn middle is not very good, and the high is worse...
