That was the argument used to have segregated sections of stores and to deny service to black people at hotels and restaurants.

Aren't you also a states right person? These are local and state laws. I find it incredibly inconsistent that the same people who believe marriage should be decided by the state disagrees that the state (and city) shod be able to make their own laws on community standards.

It's terribly inconsistent but Republicans are terribly inconsistent.
