And Mississippi probably has the highest lease prices in the white tail world solely due to Louisiana residents jacking the prices up
If it was in Louisiana and good, it would be a share offered at 200k. Count your blessings you MS boys are holding the prices down.

This here. Lease per year clubs around the river are becoming a thing of the past.

The shares just scare the shite out of me, I figure I buy one of the cheaper ones, and they ban hunting.
Or an Ole Miss boy gets in and no one will buy it from me. There I am, with a worthless share and having to watch him wear yellow or lavender shorts around the camp.

You know nothing about ms if you think that's not accurate. And it's not that "y'all can outbid us". It's that y'all are just that fricking stupid to pay $40/acre for land that produces 115" deer.

Where exactly does one pay $40/acre for a lease that produces less than 125" I'd like to see these details possum

Rebman pulls this OT type bullshite several times a year on here, how Mississippi deer hunters overpay for leases and La deer hunters are poor. OG is spot on.

I'd give you an answer, but I'm currently wearing an Under Armour golf shirt so I doubt you'd want my opinion

bullshite. That's not nearly as much as some of the "nicer" camps in MS costs. On the river that would be a steal, and there are plenty not on the river that charge way more than that. The really good ones don't even allow you a chance to join without being invited ...
This thread is a joke, but very entertaining

Very nice deer. I guarantee that lease would be double the cost if it were in western mississippi. Hell there is one in a poor region of ms right now that is 3500/year and they probably kill a 140 every 5 years. Coon asses would be all over it though if the guy allowed LA residents to hunt it.
I'm going to look at the property again this weekend and will probably pull the trigger.

Son I think I know a lot more than you think I do. Actually as far as just a lease $7k is probably one of the more expensive ones. Now there are dozens that are buy in at a few hundred k up to about 750k and then charge a few grand a year for the membership. I have looked into those also but not wanting to drop that kind of money. There are several that are less than 100k for the buy in but not quite as good of quality.
In the end 7500 is cheap compared to the buy in properties, but it's also a lot compared to other year to year leases.

Show me some of the year to year leases that aren't on the river that cost more? Since there are so many you shouldn't have a problem providing links? This should be good

Why anyone would spend that kind of money to follow someone else's rules is beyond me

Child, I don't think you know shite compared to what you think you do. You don't "look into" the exclusive clubs. They could give two shits what you "look into". Fact is, your dumbass wouldn't be allowed on property to look at anything. Please keep going. I enjoy seeing you looking like a fool while trying to act like something you aren't...

I'm not a member of any of them, we have our own land. I do know what a lot of the buy in costs are, but I'm not asking the people what their dues are. They are in those clubs to begin with so I doubt they even look at what the dues are.
Also, would you get hunting rights to everything or just deer?
