Any good recipes / sites I how to cook? Sounds like it's about 2 hours a pound at 225?

get a small butt. You can do sandwiches one day, tacos another, some pulled pork nachos another, put it on pizza, in a salad, in chili, in some mac n cheese, etc

I've been using byrons butt rub. Cooking 275 until internal temp 200. Delicious stuff...
