Phoebe Cates, probably (sooo 80´s, eh?).
The chick in Ferris Buehler´s Day Off was absolutely beautiful in the movie. Were it one movie, it´d be between her and Phoebe Cates in Fast Times (I think I´d take the Ferris Buehler girl). Was her name Simone in that movie? I have no idea who the actress is.
As for multiple viewings/exposure, don´t know right now.
