In the Dominican Republic on vacation. We followed the game on the computer till they closed the internet room. We then went to the front desk and commandeered one of their work computers and followed the rest there. The staff wasn't happy initially but we got them involved in our excitement!!

Beau Pre townhomes for game three. I had run 5 miles and didn't have time to shower before the game started. I vividly remember smelling like arse, but couldn't break away to take a shower.

tupelo, mississippi watching an elvis impersonator perform at a work function...I was streaming over my phone and inconspicuously checking the shite out of it...

I was at a bar across from Mike Anderson's on Lee Drive owned by a former bar manager from WalkOn's.
All I remember is free shots.
Maybe that's why it ain't dere no more.

Front row behind the plate in rosenblatt. We poached the seats and no one showed up all series. Once in a lifetime experience.
Me left edge of screen, purple shirt, hands up.

Spakum-- I too was in Tupelo,Ms. for the game. I had been working extra for weeks and had almost no time off except to just sleep. My DM let me off two days after working like 45 and the game was on. I got home and cut on TV, CSS I think, and there was the game. I was yelling at my wife and she thought I was crazy. I got to see it. Will always remember it.

I was up there the whole time--attended all the LSU games. My wife and daughter were with me. As you know, there is lots of down time up there if your team keeps winning. I drink beer during these times, but the women shop. My credit card did not recover until 2011 I think.

for game 1, i was in a sports bar in Austin with UT fans going wild. When LSU rallied late, 2 people in the bar (me and another dude) were going crazy with 100 angry looking (but very silent) people glaring at us

I met some nice UT folks on that trip, but I would say by in large, the Longhorn fanbase was comprised of some of the more pompous, self-involved people I've ever met at a sporting event.
