Legal Gurus of the OT...need help.

Question…if you did not have a good experience with a sub who was building something on your house (could be due to any issue),can you prevent them from using images of your house on their website even if they performed the actual work? Or do they have full rights to photograph and use their work however they please?

read your contract
if not referenced, you send a demand letter
if that does not work, then file cease and desist
