I had a heater issue on mine. I used the repair guy at Splash Pools & Spa in BR. It isn't cheap, but there aren't many alternatives. I'm assuming you are running your hot tub with a 220 amp connection and not a 110 amp. A 110 amp will not run both the hot tub jets and heater simultaneously.
