Where's the best place in BR to buy quality tires at a good price?

Is there a Sams Club or Costco? If so, there.

I would get an idea of what tire you are going with. If you feel the ones you currently have were sufficient ask for quotes on them.
The day before or the day of getting new tires call a half dozen places and get a quote for those tires "out the door."
Also, ask for a quote on a tire that is comprable to what you have now.
Make a list of all this info then call back the place with the lowest price and reverify and leave your name.
When you show up check the price again before the work starts just to be sure.
It takes about 30-45 minutes of work, but you will be surprised how much tires vary and how one place isn't always cheaper. For instance a couple weeks ago I needed new tires and Treads and Care was the cheapest by almost $75. Would have never guessed that.

If I were you, I would research what specific tire you want for your vehicle then find a company that would price match. You can check the websites of Tire Rack, Walmart, Sams, Discount Tire, etc. and once you find the lowest price, bring it to the local tire shop to see what kind of deal they can give you.
I recently put Michelin Primacy's on my 2011 Maxima and I love the tires.

Probably one of the places you have already called and didn't like their price.
You'll get exactly what you pay for when it comes to quality. So depends on your car.

TireRack.com has a warehouse in Shreveport. Cheapest prices and will ship directly to a shop in BR for installation. I use Fisher's Automotive on Airline.
