Are you sure about this? I heard him say he would feel more comfortable if Clint was with one of those teams (instead of being in MLS). I don't remember him saying something like that about Bradley.

But yeah he could play for ManU. Probably not the other two though.

Yeah he said that. It was in the context of him not being completely cool with Bradley going to Toronto.

By Man U, I think Jurgen means a superclub, not this year's version. In the first half in the recent Mexico friendly, Bradley could have played for anyone. He was stupid good.

He is on the tier just below that. Definitely could be there one day.

Dude is still only 26yo.

Is he good enough to play at a super club? - Yes
Is he good enough to start at a super club?- Maybe in a couple years
Will he ever play on a super club?- No, I have that bad feeling he ends out his career in the MLS.

I just watched it. I thought he said he could get to that level, not that he'd be playing or on the team right now.

Not much difference in starting midfield competition between Barca, Real and Roma with De Rossi, Pjanic and Strootman.

The difference is that he would have gotten minutes as depth at Roma.

You realize that's because Villa's manager was trying to integrate Pires instead and didn't give a shite about Bradley? Yeah, he got fired soon after. Bradley would easily get time at ManUre.

Tbh, Carrick and Bradley would be a potent midfield.

This is true. De Rossi would start for pretty much every team in the world.

I think Bradley is a squad player on the top tier teams, just like Deuce, and there isn't any shame in that. BB is a good player, but he doesn't excel in any one aspect. I imagine that in the old days of a 4-4-2 he would be the type of player teams would love, or in the days when the pivot of a 3 man midfield only had to be a water carrier, he could do that role, but top teams have so much of the ball they can't afford to have any player who isn't able to help move the attack quickly.

That is another thing. Roma has an elite midfield. shite, they finished second in Serie A and could make a reasonable case for being one of the 10-15 best teams this season.

Reasonable? Without argument they are one of the top sides in Europe. Oddly enough what did them in was injuries, especially to Strootman, and Bradley probably would've gotten plenty of time after Strootman's injury.

Yeah, but Bradley wanted to play a role for his club team like he would with the USMNT. He gets that at TFC and never would have at Roma.
