All that drama over bunting. 
Can I get a ruling on having Matt Kemp at 3rd base? If bunting gets people riled up, I would imagine some people would take issue with playing a gold glove CF at 3rd.
Also, HTT, do you remember the problem I had with those games counting twice but never changing on my schedule? We should probably get it resolved before playoff scenarios start approaching.

If his player card has 3B as a secondary position I see no problem with it. If it is not listed, then yea I think it needs to change and he should only be able to play at a position listed on the card.

Fair enough. I won't argue with it. I have 4 really good OFers. Kemp is struggling badly at the plate but I couldn't bench him bc he's Matt Kemp so I started getting "creative" to keep Ethier and Kemp in the lineup at the same time.

Sit him out for a series. Maybe he just needs a breather. I'm not catching you any time soon so you don't have to worry about me I think given how many games we have left and how many we have against the CPU, your first place lead is safe. I am battling for a wildcard spot and that's what I have my mind set on.

I don't think the bunt was the sole reason he left. getting swept in a series vs the Astros would have pissed me off too
, Especially the way it happened. All 3 games he had a lead heading into the late innings (7th inning on). 1st game, I win with a walk off single in the 12th. 2nd game I won with a walk off hit in the 9th. 3rd game I won with a go ahead 3 run homerun in the bottom of the 8th. The 2nd game I knew he was already pissed because he did the bunt spam with Heyward and Hamilton. So at least he was a good sport about it and finished the 3rd game. They were all great games, and as you can see win or lose if I see something wrong I am going to bring it out. Had I lost that 2nd game, everyone would chalk it up to me being a sore loser and that's not the case. I feel that it was a situation that he shouldn't have been bunting, given the batter at the plate. However, what's done is done. I wish he wouldn't let one small complaint get in the way of a great series/fun franchise.

He said Uggla was in the 8 hole. Is that true? Bc to me that would be legit. If he was in the 8 hole it doesn't matter who he is IMO. That's part of your job when you hit at the bottom of the order.

I honestly don't recall. I can go back and look at it. For me, it's about the player more than the spot in the batting order. If I have a stacked lineup to the point where Albert Pujols is my #8 hitter, it would be ok for me to lay down a bunt with him? I can't see how that would make it ok. That's probably just the baseball naturalist in me though.

He was batting 8th, just a tick over .200 on the year. Only reason he was playing was due to an injury to Howie Kendrick.

Hog you were 100% justified to bunt.
-it was a close game and you were trying to tie, take the lead, down 2 or 3 or up 1 or 2.
- no matter the batter. 1st and 2nd no outs is always a bunt situation. I would do it 100% of the time.
Come on back and finish the year off man. You were having a great season.

After losing my first game in a while to the cpu, my team came out pissed off and destroyed the Reds 13-0. Gallardo pitched a complete game shutout while allowing only 3 hits and striking out 9. He also hit a HR and a double. The team as a whole hit 7 HRs. That felt good.
